We’re Kiko & Med — a real couple with a real transformation. We built StayFit Recipes so healthy eating feels exciting, doable, and delicious.

We didn’t wake up “fit.” We started with a 100-day pact: no skipped workouts, no off-plan meals, full accountability. That challenge became a lifestyle — and a mission to make healthy food simple and craveable.

The Story

Kiko: Four years of training, strong muscles… but stubborn fat, bloating, low energy. I was consistent, but something was missing. Food was the unlock.

Med: Skinny but not healthy. No energy, breakouts, zero appetite. I’d start, stop, repeat. Dialing in protein and real meals changed everything.
