The Story
Kiko: Four years of training, strong muscles… but stubborn fat, bloating, low energy. I was consistent, but something was missing. Food was the unlock.
Med: Skinny but not healthy. No energy, breakouts, zero appetite. I’d start, stop, repeat. Dialing in protein and real meals changed everything.
We split the work and showed up daily: Kiko dialed breakfast & snacks, Med built satisfying high-protein lunches and dinners. Two years later, new bodies, new habits, new life.
